Gelonghui May 17 丨 Jingji Group (03302crashnitrokart2.HK) Announcementcrashnitrokart2, on May 17, 2024crashnitrokart2, the company, Shanghai Guangpu, Nantong Angel Guidance Fund, Nantong Science and Technology Innovation, Nengda Xinxing and Guangguanzhi jointly entered into a fund partnership agreement to establish and manage the fund, with an initial proposed size of RMB 100 million. The company's proposed subscribed capital contribution is RMB 30 million, accounting for 30% of the total subscribed capital contribution of the fund.
The fund will mainly invest in start-ups in emerging industries such as semiconductors, new energy (including hydrogen energy), new materials and advanced manufacturing in China.
The Directors believe that the fund will provide a platform to explore more potential projects in the broader information technology industry, create synergy with the Group, and in turn enhance the overall financial return of the Group and shareholders.
