China's automobile imports fall 8% in the first four months of 2024
According to the latest analysis by Cui Dongshu, Secretary-General of the Passenger Transport Association, China's automobile imports have continued to decline in the past few years, from 1.24 million units in 2017 to 800,000 units in 2023. Cui Dongshu pointed out that with the continuous growth of China's local automobile industry and the transformation of electrification, the demand for fuel vehicles in the domestic market continues to shrink.
