It plans to contribute RMB 21.5 billion to the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase III Limited (the "Fund"), with a shareholding ratio of 6.25%. It is expected to be paid in place within 10 years from the date of registration and establishment of the Fund ("This Investment").
